The Process
A 45 Minute Zoom Call where we will review and audit your floor plans to ensure maximum flow and efficiency. I will help you make sure every inch of your space is being used wisely and will serve your family well.
Floor plans must be delivered 48 hours prior to call.
Full construction documents are NOT provided. Updated floor plans are available as an add-on service.
3-D Views
If you are wanting a 3-D view of your project (interior or exterior), we are happy to provide this service as an add on.
Investment
Investments for new house plans are based off your under roof square footage. This includes everything 'under a roof': living, garages, covered porches, etc.
